Places to go:
University Of Missouri -- Rolla
This is the University to which I attend. I like it here,
and kind of wish that I could live here forever, but then I look
at what there is to do here, and am glad that I don't. It really
is a good school with a lot of fun and interesting people.
I am currently working toward my degree in the Electrical Engineering
(EE) department, and then hopefully will get a
good paying job.
University Of Missouri -- Columbia
(MU)
This is where my brother, Paul, goes to school. He also
thinks that college is pretty fun. There is a lot more to do in
Columbia than in Rolla, but I dont mind.
Star Trek
I, like a lot of people, am a "trekee." I like watching Star
Trek, and will do ANYTHING to watch it, ANYTHING!
I have kept up with Deep
Space Nine, and Voyager.
Along with those, I have seen MOST of the Next Generation shows too.
Being the trekee that I am, I am going to be there on opening night
for Star Trek - Insurection,
are you?
Southpark
I don't get to watch Southpark very much, but from what I do
watch, It is a really funny show. I would recommend
watching at least one episode, just to see what it is like.

Things to do:
Games to play:
Quake II
This game is number ONE on my list. What can I say, except
that it rocks! I play at least an hour each week, or try to
anyway. I consider myself good, but if you can to test me, email
me at [email protected] and tell me which server you want
me on. Ill be there, and get a good score, guarenteed.
This game is good, but it is even better when you add one of the
special multiplayer levels. Capture the Flag (CTF) is the most
popular here on my floor, but Lithium comes in a close
second. The two servers I play on most are "Shiva" at: 254.156.22.3
and "Lithium" at: 204.181.111.8 (this is a CTF
server too). Besides the multiplayer, the mission pack (Reckoning)
isnt bad either.
Unreal
This is a new game to me, but I am learning. Unfortunatly,
it requires quite a system to run it, so most people will not
be able to. If you can however, the graphics are FAR superior
to Quake. I will eventually put a few servers here too.
Total Annihilation
This game used to be really popular with my floor for a while,
but then Starcraft came out and people started to loose
interest in the game. The good thing is, with the arrival of
Core Contingency to the floor, I think that it has gotten a second
wind, and will so be echoing in the halls of TJ on the weekends.
Starcraft
This is the game that is played the most right now, it is something
like TA, but the teams are more evenly ballanced.
Descent - Freespace
This is another kick-butt game that requires quite a system
to run, but is really cool if you can. It is basically a flight
simulator in space, and you get to kill people.
Grand Theft Auto (GTA)
GTA is the PREMEIRE game of all time. It is just like
it sounds, you go around a town and hijack cars, killing people,
and having a great time. The best part is, it is 2D, do it takes
almost nothing to run this!
